New multiplier block!

NEW UPDATE 11!
-Added multiplier block! It is an expensive item but can make a huge difference when scoring large combos
-New levels now automatically refresh (ease of use/player expectations)
- Lots of improvements to scoring timing, effects, sounds  - Fixed some scoring issues where you were not getting multiplier bonuses
